Texture in this scene is relatively simplistic only having bold details, as I was never going to get really close into the model. I authored them at 2048x2048, the normal and spec maps where authored at the same resolution, although they were relatively simplistic as again you would only see the bold details. The bulk of the ships detail would come from the geometry instead.
Below are near finished model renders. They are still missing smaller detailing such as scorch marks to the Neutron pods and some geometry details.
